Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Product images are representative; slight variations in color and finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry. We reserve the right to modify prices and discontinue products without notice.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock or pricing errors occur. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Warranty
All Lumière pieces carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with clasps, settings, and plating under normal wear conditions. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or contact with chemicals.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and the Lumière brand name — is the property of Lumière Inc. and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Lumière Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
