Yes. We ship from Seoul to 40+ countries via DHL Express. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Free shipping on orders over $300.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Engraved or customized pieces are final sale.

Store pieces individually in the provided pouch. Avoid contact with perfume, water, and chemicals. Polish gently with the included microfiber cloth. We offer complimentary replating for gold vermeil pieces within the first year.
