All orders ship from our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea via DHL Express with full tracking and insurance.

Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $300.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, email returns@lumiere-jewelry.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Engraved or personalized pieces
- Items purchased during sample sales
- Gift cards
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We mark all shipments as "jewelry" with accurate declared values.
